Effektiv was started after hearing many people complain about their horrible Internet Service Provider (ISP) and slow Wi-Fi experiences. It's frustrating knowing that although in many cases the problem could be remedied with a little know how (and sometimes money), people were reluctant to take on the task of fixing their own slow Wi-Fi.
Effektiv's goal is to help all of those who are struggling with their home and small office network setups. In the days of work from home and online schooling it's vital to have a strong network and I'm here to help wherever possible. In addition we offer website development and management.
I'm an I.T. veteran and have worked in the industry for over 25 years at numerous companies throughout the twin cities metro area of Minneapolis and St. Paul MN.
In case you're wondering about the story behind the spelling of Effektiv, it's a nod to my Norwegian heritage. Effektiv is the Norwegian spelling of "efficient" or "performant" and that's what your network or website will be when I'm done with it.
